Refund policy

At Peaches Pet, we’re committed to delivering quality products you and your pup will love. Please choose carefully when placing your order, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or delivery delays outside of our control.

Returns are only accepted for faulty items. All products are carefully quality-checked before being packed and again prior to dispatch, with extra care taken for fragile items. If you do receive a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, you will have the option of a refund or store credit. We will cover postage for any faulty returns. Please note, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival, including when sending directly to a third party.

Please note, pre-paid subscription plans are non-refundable, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries - especially those delivered without requiring a signature.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
