  • Our Premium box includes 5-7 premium products based on an exciting new theme!

    You’ll get a mix of toys, treats, wellness/grooming products, and fun extras- plus exclusive discounts to save on products (only subscribers get discounts).

  • You'll most often receive a soft plush squeaky toy - perfect for cuddles and playtime. Sometimes we'll surprise you with an interactive or enrichment toy!

  • No dog toy is truly indestructible, and the ones in our boxes are designed for fun, engagement, and enrichment - not for extreme chewing. We carefully select high-quality, durable toys, but their lifespan depends on your pup’s play style!

     We recommend supervising playtime.

    🐶 Pro Tip: Rotating your pup’s toys can help them last longer and keep playtime exciting!

  • While we don’t currently offer hard toys only box, we always take feedback into account for the future! If you have a super-chewer who prefers hard toys, let us know - we’re always working on ways to make our boxes even better!

  • A mix of both! 🎁

    We love giving you and your pup the chance to try a variety of treats, so we often include multiple smaller-sized packets rather than just one large bag of treats that could potentially go to waste. Our innovative test & try approach is a great way to discover your favourites.

    For grooming and wellness products, we include a mix of full-size and travel-size options to ensure you get the best value and variety.

    No matter what, we always pack your box full so you get the same amazing value every time! 🐶💕

  • Yes! Peaches Pet is designed to be fun and safe for dogs of all ages and breeds.

    We'll ask you how old, breed and if there are any specific dietary or toy preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

  • You can customise by adding extra products to your box via the customer portal.

    Our boxes are carefully curated and we do our best to cater to dietary needs and likes/dislikes! If your dog has allergies, ensure to let us know, and we’ll substitute.

  • You have the flexibility to pause / skip boxes as you need.

    As a small business, we ask that you serve your commitment term - we have small commitment periods (only 3 or 6 payments). 

    You can cancel anytime after your current plan. e.g. if you choose 6 months, you will receive / pay for a total of 3 boxes, then you'll have the option to cancel or renew!

    If your dog isn’t satisfied with their box, we’ll work with you to make it right. We can also assist if you need to skip, pause, or cancel your subscription. Contact us at hello@peachespet.com.au for assistance. 

  • We want you (and your pup!) to feel confident in your first box. That’s why we offer a 15-day cooling-off period for new subscribers.

    If your first box isn’t everything you hoped for, you can cancel your subscription within 15 days of receiving it - no further charges, no fuss. Simply email us at hello@peachespet.com.au 

    Returning subscribers or existing customers are not eligible for this cooling-off period.

    You have 15 days from the delivery date of your first box to cancel under the Love It or Leave It policy.

  • We will ask you about your pet during the sign up phase, so let us know! If anything changes, you can add notes to your profile later on for future boxes. The best thing about our boxes is that it’s designed for picky pups with our innovative test & try approach. If something isn’t their vibe, share it with a furry friend or even donate to a shelter! 

  • Sometimes yes, sometimes no! We’ll share sneak peaks on our socials & via email (Only if you want to take a peak…). Part of the fun is discovering new brands and products each time. But don’t worry, every item is high-quality and handpicked for maximum tail wags!

  • Our bi-monthly subscription means you’ll receive a box every two months: February, April, June, August, October, December. 

    Boxes are shipped around the 10th of that particular month.

    Please note: If you subscribe after a cut-off date, your first box will be when the next bi-monthly box is due (if there is still boxes available for that month we will contact you to check if you want to join the cycle now or wait for the next theme).

    If you order a one-time box from our store, this will be shipped ASAP (please allow 3-5 business days).

  • We offer discounts for multiple boxes if you own multiple dogs. If you want to double the goodies and receive more than 1 box to the same address, send us a message and we can arrange a special price for you.

    Or if 1 box is enough, you can simply customise your box to add extra toys or treats to your box

  • Absolutely! We use secure payment processing to ensure your details are safe. You can check out with confidence.

  • No worries at all - not every pup is ready to commit, and we get that 🐶💅

    We’ve got a One-Time Box option just for you! You’ll get the same tail-wagging goodies - toys, treats, and themed surprises - with no subscription required.

    You can also sniff out any leftover boxes from previous themes in our shop while stock lasts.
